Company Overview Rite-Way Automotive Service is an established, second-generation independent NAPA Auto Care Center and Certified Technet Service Center. Position Summary We are seeking an experienced A-Level Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for examining vehicles to determine the root cause of customer complaints, performing necessary repairs and preventative maintenance, and servicing all vehicle systems, including brakes, A / C, transmissions, engines, and more.
Key Responsibilities
Perform digital vehicle inspections to identify any additional safety or service work.
Diagnose the cause of vehicle malfunctions and perform repairs.
Complete work as outlined on the repair order with efficiency and accuracy.
Communicate with the parts department to obtain needed parts.
Notify the service advisor immediately if additional work outlined is not needed or if repairs cannot be completed within the promised time.
Document all work performed.
Road-test vehicles to validate successful repairs.
Qualifications
10+ years of previous Service Tech experience is required.
Demonstrated work history, with ASE or equivalent certifications.
Valid driver's license and a good driving record.
Compensation & Benefits We offer a competitive compensation package and a work-life balance environment.
Compensation : $35 - $45 per hour, plus bonus (to be discussed at the time of the interview).

Work Environment Our 8-bay operation provides excellent work conditions, with new epoxy floors and LED lighting throughout. We use both 2-post and 4-post lifts, ensuring each technician has a diagnostic and repair bay to themselves. The shop floor utilizes Mitchell 1 and Pro Demand software, and technicians are equipped with Autel and Snap-On diagnostic equipment, as well as their own AutoVitals tablet for electronic repair order information.
