ABOUT OUR AGENCY :

With nearly four decades in the industry and 18 years as a State Farm agent, I lead a team of five full-time and two part-time professionals who are passionate about serving our clients and community. We believe in celebrating wins big and small whether thats through frequent sales promotions, team lunches, or simply enjoying time together as a group.

Im a proud graduate of York College and actively involved in my community, serving on my church council and volunteering monthly at our local food pantry. We also offer a Simple IRA with employer match to support our teams long-term financial well-being.

ROLE DESCRIPTION :

As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Tim Peiffer - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers success. You grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Develop and maintain client relationships to drive retention and growth.
  • Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to clients.
  • Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
  • Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.

    • QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
  • Bilingual Spanish preferred.
