Senior Quality Engineer

A company is looking for a Senior Software Quality Engineer to lead quality assurance for large language model-powered systems.

Key Responsibilities

Improve and maintain regression testing for reliability and clarity

Shape and own quality approaches from discovery to release, championing risk-based practices

Design and update test automation and tooling, collaborating with engineers on architecture and testability

Required Qualifications

Experienced SDET with strong software engineering skills, proficient in production-quality code (ideally in C#)

Proven ability to shape team-level quality approaches in changing environments

Strong in exploratory testing and able to inform automation and design in complex systems

Enjoys coaching and sharing knowledge to improve team quality mindset

Hands-on experience testing AI / LLM features is a bonus
