Job Overview

Ashtabula Regional Medical Center (ARMC) in Ashtabula, OH is hiring a Perm Urologist. ARMC is an affiliate of the Cleveland Clinic and invites you to consider a dynamic opportunity with our multispecialty group practice which incudes 60+ employed providers; 21 of which are primary care. Salary range : $475,000-$750,000 (including all bonuses) depending upon experience. Market-competitive compensation follows MGMA guidelines (to be discussed at interview). 3-year contract structure (to be discussed at interview) : Guaranteed salary for years one and two (plus bonus incentive); year three productivity (with bonus incentive)

  • Full-time negotiable schedule
  • Hospital Based Outpatient / Clinic
  • On call 10 days per month
  • 50% adult population of patients, 50% geriatric population of patients
  • 90% Outpatient / 10% Inpatient
  • 17-20 Average Number of Office / Clinic Patients Per Day
  • 2 Current Urologists in the Group
  • Lab onsite
  • X-Ray onsite
  • Ancillary Office Staff : 2 LPNs, 1 Receptionist
  • Equipment : PVR Scanner
  • EMR - EPIC
  • Credentialing timeframe : 30-60 days - contingent on requested information being returned timely
  • Must live within a 40-mile radius or be willing to relocate
  • Not accepting Locums submissions
