Job Description

Oversee all aspects of construction projects, from planning to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are met. Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and team members to ensure seamless communication and project execution. Develop project schedules, budgets, and work plans, ensuring adherence to all project requirements. Monitor progress and performance, identifying and addressing potential issues proactively. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards on all project sites. Prepare and present project updates and reports to stakeholders as needed. Manage procurement of materials and resources to support project needs. Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business opportunities.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have : proven experience in managing construction projects within the construction industry, strong organizational and time management skills, excellent communication and leadership abilities to manage teams and stakeholders effectively, a solid understanding of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards, proficiency in project management software and tools, a collaborative mindset and problem-solving skills.
