Our client is seeking a Senior Operations Manager in Fort Worth, TX with strong healthcare experience to lead and optimize daily operational activities. This role is responsible for ensuring timely, accurate, and professional communication—both written and electronic—across internal teams, clients, and healthcare providers. The Senior Operations Manager will oversee a designated team of employees, providing direction, support, and performance oversight to ensure efficient workflows, exceptional service delivery, and adherence to organizational standards. The ideal candidate brings demonstrated leadership, a deep understanding of healthcare operations, and the ability to drive continuous improvement in a fastpaced, collaborative environment.
Requirements:
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in an administrative management role.
- Demonstrated experience overseeing and coordinating operations across multiple departments.
- Prior experience in the healthcare industry, with a strong understanding of HIPAA regulations and compliance requirements.
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
