Description

As a Realtor you should be comfortable working independently and being a self-starter. You will have control over your schedule and when you choose to work. This role is suited for individuals who are looking for more freedom financially, and in their lifestyle. You'll need to form and grow positive and trusting relationships with clients and other real estate agents. You must be thorough, dependable, and detail oriented. You will be provided all of the necessary tools and resources to be successful.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will...

• Advise clients on every aspect of the real estate sales and purchasing process
• Assist clients in preparing their property to put it on the market
• Creatively use marketing strategies to ensure prompt and profitable home sales
• Aid clients in the home search process by doing showings and open houses
• Mediate /negotiate for clients' best interests
• Become an expert in the local real estate market and stay informed
• Advertise your Real Estate Agent services.

REQUIREMENT (by time of hire): Wisconsin Real Estate License - 72 hour course
