Applicants for the Vice President of Acquisition and Integration position at the company should have a Bachelors degree in business, finance, or a related field, with an MBA preferred. A minimum of 10 years' experience in M&A, integration, or related roles, particularly within a private equity-backed environment, is required. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading successful acquisitions and integrations, as well as strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
