Corporate Associate Attorney

Direct Counsel has partnered with a dynamic firm that is seeking a motivated Corporate Attorney/Associate with 3-6 years of experience to join its Business Group in Cincinnati. This role presents an exceptional opportunity for a candidate to contribute to various corporate work, including mergers and acquisitions (M&A), joint ventures, growth equity financings, and general corporate and commercial matters. The successful candidate will support the in-house legal departments and operational teams of both public and private companies, engaging in dynamic and challenging work.
