PeopleShare is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist for a medical office in Virginia Beach. This role is responsible for accurate invoice processing, vendor communication, and financial record support.
Key Responsibilities

• Process invoices, credit memos, and supplier payments
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
• Maintain and update supplier records
• Enter payments into portals; retrieve invoices through EDI
• Assist with month-end close and general accounting tasks
• Communicate with vendors by phone and email

Requirements

• 1-3 years of Accounts Payable or related experience
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online *Must be recent experience*
• Strong organization, accuracy, and communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to sit for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in varying conditions
