Requirements : What You’ll Do :

As a Child Care Teacher at Encompass, you will :

  • Design and Implement Curriculum : Craft a dynamic curriculum centered on play and tailored to children’s interests, ensuring each child feels seen and valued.
  • Foster Growth : Guide children in their early education journey, teaching them how to learn through play while promoting fun, creativity, and discovery.
  • Collaborate and Learn : Work closely with our Center Directors and fellow educators, benefiting from continuous training and mentorship to enhance your teaching skills.

What We're Looking For :

The ideal candidate for this role has :

  • An Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood, Child Development, or Early Childhood Special Education
  • A genuine passion for providing exceptional early education and care
  • A collaborative spirit and a desire to grow professionally within a supportive community

    • Current Opportunity : Our Ruth Helf Center, located at 2787 W Mason St. in Green Bay, is currently seeking a Float Teacher for the hours of 9 : 00 AM to 6 : 00 PM
