Receiving Associate

The Receiving Associate processes all inbound product, verifying manufacture part numbers, quantities, other part information and the integrity of the parts to ensure the highest quality product is available for DigiKey's customers. This is considered an essential onsite role, which requires regular onsite attendance. Schedule : Monday - Friday, 7 : 30 a.m. - 4 : 00 p.m.

Responsibilities :

• Open freight and verify manufacturer part number on product against supplier pack list, ensuring the count is accurate and product is not damaged
• Verify and receive into the software system the quantities, package type, date / lot code and tracking information
• Attach and marry Inbound License Plate Number (iLPN) to tray or pallet
• Move and place large product onto pallets in the appropriate pickup area for the receiving support assistant to process
• Actively participate as a team member in order to meet departmental goals
• Perform other duties as assigned including but not limited to possible reallocation of efforts to other organizations per business need and management request.
• May be cross trained into other PDC areas as needed

The starting base pay rate for this position is : $20.00
