Responsibilities

Perform various day-to-day General Ledger accounting functions, reconciliation, and reporting activities.

• Perform General Ledger and Fixed Assets Accounting responsibilities.
• Perform monthly Reconciliations for Balance Sheet and P&L items.
• Perform monthly intercompany reconciliations, reconcile banks, Fixed Assets, Analyze / reconcile all Accounts Payable Accounts; research and address problem issues.
• Work with cross entities staff such as AR / AP / Cost Accounting / Treasury / Shared Services / Audit (internal / external) to close monthly financials. Calling vendors to confirm banking information.
• Uphold the companys core values of Integrity, Innovation, Accountability, and Teamwork.
• Demonstrate behavior consistent with the companys Code of Ethics and Conduct.
• It is the responsibility of every employee to report to their manager or a member of senior management any quality problems or defects in order for corrective action to be implemented and to avoid recurrence of the problem.
• Duties may be modified or assigned at any time to meet the needs of the business.

Qualifications

High school diploma required. AS degree in Accounting desired.
