The Greenridge Group is a prime contractor and consulting firm specializing in Project and Construction Management for major public-sector agencies. We support large-scale capital programs with a focus on quality, integrity, and technical excellence.

We are seeking an experienced Document Control Technician II to support a large public-sector construction program at Los Angeles World Airports (LAWA). This role is responsible for processing, distributing, maintaining, and archiving all project-related records using PMWeb and hard-copy systems. The selected candidate may be co-located with the construction management team in a field environment after training.

  • Salary Range : $80K / Year-$90K / Year - Dependent on Candidate's Qualifications

Key Responsibilities

  • Process, scan, index, link, archive, and distribute project documents in PMWeb .
  • Manage internal and external records for ADG, contractors, consultants, and City agencies.
  • Prepare transmittals and distribute documents through PMWeb.
  • Retrieve project records, including correspondence, RFIs, technical submittals, project reports, plans, and specifications.
  • Assist the Project Manager, Construction Manager, and project team on all matters relating to document control.
  • Support workflows, approvals, and documentation organization for project teams.
  • Participate in project meetings as needed.
  • May serve as a lead Document Control Technician or help train new staff.

    • Qualifications & Skills

  • 5–10 years of document control or records management experience
  • Experience supporting construction projects (large public-sector programs a plus)
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat
  • Familiarity with PMWeb, Documentum, or similar document control systems
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage deadlines
  • Strong communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and work in both office and field environments
  • Two-year technical degree preferred; document control certifications a plus
