We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Assistant Manager to join our team at our High Ridge, United States location. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our store, delivering exceptional customer service, and leading our team to success.
- Oversee daily store operations and ensure efficient workflow
- Manage and motivate team members to maintain high performance standards
- Run shifts, including opening and closing procedures
- Handle customer interactions and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Manage cash transactions and maintain accurate financial records
- Assist in inventory management and supply ordering
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company policies
- Participate in employee training and development initiatives
- Collaborate with the General Manager to implement strategies for improving store performance
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Answer phones and process customer orders accurately
- Assist in various operational tasks as needed, including food preparation and delivery coordination
