The ability to meet deadlines and create several estimates simultaneously is a must. Will report to and work closely with the Project Manager, VP of Operations, onsite Property Managers, Maintenance Technicians, Carpenters, and Painters. / strong / ppPosition Requirements : / pulliProject management experience and estimating experience. / liliContract development, including scope, pricing, contract structure, legal and pricing negotiations. / liliAbility to effectively prioritize multiple competing projects. / liliBe a detail-oriented problem-solver with the ability to meet deadlines and work with various personality types. / liliKnowledge and experience in commercial and residential construction, specifically multi-housing. / liliMust be able to read and understand commercial and industrial blueprints. / liliInterpret and understand our company policies and procedures and effectively communicate them to third-party vendors which include architects, engineers, design consultants, general contractors, attorneys, and government agencies. / liliAbility to act as a Representative of the Company to Owners, Design Teams, Contractors, Suppliers, Consultants, and Potential Customers. / liliWillingness to spend a high percentage of time in the field and to get hands dirty as needed to complete objectives or find the correct information. / liliStrong oral and written communication skills are essential. / liliStrong math and analytical skills with an eye for detail / liliAbility to quickly adapt to changes, deadline demands, and simultaneous bidding / project demands. / liliHave 5-10 years of experience developing and managing multi-family residential and commercial construction projects and budgets. / li / ul / div
