Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Customer Relations Specialist . This role involves direct communication with customers, tracking sales trends, managing accounts, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will excel at relationship-building, problem-solving, and maintaining organized documentation of customer interactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer communications, including calls, surveys, and appreciation initiatives.
- Generate and close sales while maintaining strong client relationships.
- Document customer interactions for communication records, sales trend analysis, product recommendations, billing, and contact management.
- Assist in the creation of upgrade packages and provide recommendations to customers.
- Track customer payments and timelines, and communicate overdue invoices.
- Ensure overall customer satisfaction through proactive engagement and service resolution.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Complete additional responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
Previous customer service experience (Preferred).Strong computer skills and proficiency with CRM software (Preferred).Excellent communication standards, both verbal and written.Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach.High level of confidentiality when handling sensitive customer and company information.Effective time management skills to balance multiple responsibilities.Positive outlook and professional demeanor when interacting with customers and colleagues.Ability to follow company policies and procedures precisely.Benefits
