Lead Superintendent

As a Lead Superintendent, you will direct all on-site construction activities for large-scale multifamily and mixed-use developments. Responsibilities include managing schedules, enforcing safety and quality standards, coordinating subcontractors, and resolving field challenges. You will serve as the primary point of contact for field operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

The Successful Applicant

Experience : 8+ years in construction supervision, with a proven track record on large-scale multifamily or mixed-use projects. Skills : Strong leadership and communication abilities, deep knowledge of construction processes, and proficiency in scheduling and safety protocols. Attributes : Strategic thinker, decisive leader, and adept at problem-solving in dynamic environments.
