Change Management Manager

A company is looking for a Change Management Project Manager who can lead organizational change with clarity and consistency.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective change management strategies and project plans

Manage end-to-end project activities, including timelines, scope, and risk

Partner with cross-functional teams to drive successful adoption of changes

Required Qualifications

Experience leading organizational change or major process initiatives

Strong project planning and organization skills

Experience with project management, workflow, or business analysis tools

Familiarity with change management models (ADKAR, Kotter, etc.)

Project Management certification (PMP, CAPM, or similar) preferred
