We are seeking dedicated and board-certified nurse practitioners to conduct important in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and commercial health plan members. This is a fantastic opportunity to build meaningful relationships while making a positive impact on people's health.

Compensation:

• Earn between $2,500 to $4,000 weekly
• Receive an $80 base rate for each completed assessment
• Conduct an average of 6-9 patient visits daily
• Gain additional pay-per-test compensation for qualifying visits

Requirements:
