Hourly Pay Range : $48.93 - $75.84 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.Position Highlights : Position : Manager, Gastrointestinal ServicesLocation : Highland Park HospitalFull Time / Part Time : Full-Time (40 hours per week)Hours : Days with rotating hoursRequired Travel : Ability to travel to other sites as needed (Glenview, Skokie, Evanston)What you will need : Previous experience managing a GI Lab, highly preferredCurrent IL RN license, BLS, ACLSBSN requiredWhat you will do : Personnel ManagementActs a preceptor and orients staff and students to ensure staff competency in performing procedures on patients of all age groups.Provides annual work performance evaluations of technical staffReport to Director any observed concerns related to professional practiceEquipmentMaintains thorough knowledge of equipment including computer system.Ensures proper maintenance of equipment by trouble shooting, problem solving, arranging for repairs and preventative maintenance of all equipmentQuality AssuranceMonitors record keeping to ensure compliance with all regulations and department policiesDevelops, documents, monitors and reports all Performance Improvement measures and comprises reports.Implements any new system projects.AdministrationCollaborates with all sites to prepare fiscal budgets and summaries.Participates in the development and maintains all policies, records and procedures in accordance with regulatory bodies.Provides professional development of staff through in-service programs, meetings and training sessions.Maintains and orders all supplies needed for the department.Reviews and approves employees scheduled and paid time off, vacation schedules, and on call rotations.About Us : Endeavor Health is a fully integrated healthcare delivery system committed to providing access to quality, vibrant, community-connected care, serving an area of more than 4.2 million residents across six northeast Illinois counties.
