About the Role

The Senior Manager, Consumer User Acquisition will report directly to the VP of Marketing and will play a pivotal role in driving new consumer user growth across all paid digital channels.

This role is ideal for a data-driven performance marketer who thrives in fast-paced environments, excels at hands‑on campaign execution, and has a proven track record of efficiently acquiring users at scale.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute and optimize large-scale digital user acquisition campaigns across paid search, paid social, display, video and mobile app channels
• Own daily performance management, including budget allocation, bid strategies, audience segmentation, creative testing and pacing
• Design and run structured A / B and multivariate experiments to improve CTR, conversion rate, CAC, ROAS and full-funnel performance
• Analyze performance across channels and present insights, forecasts and recommendations
• Collaborate with design teams to develop high-performing ad concepts and assets across text, image, video and landing pages
• Identify, test and scale new channels and opportunities to expand user acquisition efficiently
• Stay up to date on platform changes, algorithm updates, privacy policies and competitive trends to continuously refine channel strategy
• Maintain acquisition dashboards, KPIs and weekly reporting with full accountability for CAC, spend efficiency and user growth targets
• Partner with analytics, product, web and marketing ops teams to ensure accurate attribution, event tracking, pixel configuration and reporting
• Ensure all campaigns align with Keeper’s brand standards, consumer messaging and compliance guidelines
