As an Electrical Estimator, you will be responsible for accurately estimating the costs and labor requirements for various electrical projects.

• Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for electrical projects, including multi-dwelling units, commercial, industrial, and custom residential jobs.
• Utilize the McCormick Estimating System to create and manage estimates, ensuring all calculations align with project specifications and standards.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and field teams to gather information and clarify project scope and requirements.
• Analyze blueprints, specifications, and other documentation to determine project costs and resource needs.
• Maintain and update cost databases and estimating tools to improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Identify potential risks and opportunities in projects and present alternative solutions to management.
• Assist in the preparation of bid proposals and technical documentation for client presentations.
• Support the project team throughout the bidding process, ensuring all deadlines are met and quality standards are upheld.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, codes, and regulations to ensure compliance in estimates prepared.
