Post Acute Care Medical Director Opening in Lexington, KY We are seeking a Physician to serve as Post-Acute Care Medical Director in a skilled nursing facility in Lexington, KY.

• Monday-Friday (4-5 days / week)
• Manage chronic disease, diagnose illnesses and medical conditions, and implement plan of care
• Provide oversight, guidance, and mentorship to our nurse practitioners
• Conduct clinical case reviews, as needed and share tools, information, and guidelines as they relate to quality of care in collaboration with clinicians, facility leaders, and others
• Expected compensation is estimated salary range of $180,934 to $221,168 annually with no cap on productivity income potential.

• Primary care experience required
• Skilled nursing facility experience a plus
• Active and unrestricted Kentucky license or application in process
