Key Responsibilities
Own and execute the sales operations transformation roadmap to support 2x growth in sellers globally
Operationalize the annual plan by partnering with planning and IT teams to implement territory design and quotas
Design automation for high-volume workflows and manage the technology roadmap for sales operations tools
Required Qualifications
8+ years in strategy and operations, sales operations, or related roles with a track record of operational excellence
Experience leading business transformation at a high-growth technology company
Hands-on experience with Salesforce and knowledge of planning tools like Anaplan
Experience managing distributed teams across multiple time zones
Ability to advise and influence VP-level and above stakeholders
