Key Responsibilities
Design, implement, and optimize sales processes to enhance customer lifecycle management
Manage Salesforce and other sales technology platforms, ensuring data integrity and training team members
Create and maintain sales documentation and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure process alignment
Required Qualifications
3-5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a related role
Strong proficiency with Salesforce, including administration and reporting
Experience in creating and documenting sales processes
Familiarity with sales engagement tools and project management methodologies
Salesforce Administrator Certification is preferred
