    • About the Role :

    Join Surfaceone Inc as a Freight Broker Sales Representative and leverage your existing book of business to drive success! We are seeking dynamic individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about connecting clients with top-notch freight solutions.

    Responsibilities :

    • Develop and manage relationships with shippers and carriers to facilitate freight movement.
    • Utilize your established book of business to generate new sales opportunities.
    • Negotiate rates and contracts to maximize profitability and service quality.
    • Coordinate logistics and ensure timely delivery of shipments.
    • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
    • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues that arise during shipping.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
    • Maintain accurate records of transactions and customer interactions in our CRM system.

      • Requirements :

    • Proven experience as a Freight Broker with a strong book of business.
    • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
    • Knowledge of transportation regulations and logistics best practices.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
    • Proficient in using freight brokerage software and CRM tools.
    • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
    • High school diploma; Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred.
