We’re hiring a Product Designer to support Propio’s internal and external platforms. This role will partner closely with Product and Engineering to design scalable, user-centered solutions for complex workflows and data-heavy experiences. The ideal candidate is comfortable operating in ambiguity, takes initiative, and proactively helps shape solutions, not just execute requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design end-to-end product experiences across dashboards, workflows, and reporting tools.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering to ensure the right solutions are built, including defining user flows, states, and edge cases to support clear implementation.
• Operate effectively with ambiguous or evolving requirements by asking questions, proposing ideas, and moving work forward proactively.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs in Figma that are production-ready and clearly communicated for handoff.
• Proactively identify UX gaps, inconsistencies, or inefficiencies in existing experiences and propose improvements.
• Contribute to and evolve a growing design system and shared component library.
• Advocate for accessibility, usability, and strong design decisions across the organization.
• Present work and rationale clearly to cross-functional stakeholders.

Requirements:

• An online portfolio is required, demonstrating end-to-end product design work and design thinking.
• 3+ years of experience in Product Design or UX/UI Design, preferably on SaaS, B2B, or enterprise products.
• Strong proficiency in Figma, including components and shared libraries.
• Experience designing data-heavy or complex workflows with strong UX fundamentals.
• Proven ability to collaborate closely with Engineering and understand implementation constraints.
• Experience in user research and usability testing, with the ability to apply insights to guide design decisions.
• Comfort working with ambiguity, with the initiative to seek clarity and propose solutions.
• Strong communication skills and confidence speaking up when needed.

Preferred

• Experience contributing to a design system.
• Familiarity with Figma Make or advanced prototyping workflows.
• Experience in healthcare, language services, or regulated products.
• Fluency in more than one language.
• Exposure to machine learning
