Accounts Receivable Manager

A company is looking for an Accounts Receivable Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end accounts receivable process, including invoicing, payment application, collections, and documentation

Enter and maintain accurate customer invoices and payments in QuickBooks across multiple payment methods

Partner with various teams to ensure timely processing of services tied to paid invoices and implement process improvements

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in accounting, accounts receivable, or a related role

Proficiency with QuickBooks Online and experience with databases and Excel / Google Sheets

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Enthusiastic about automation, process improvement, and AI-enabled tools

Bilingual in French and English
