Key Responsibilities
Conduct full cycle recruiting and hiring processes while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations
Develop and manage talent pipelines through innovative sourcing techniques and research of industry competitors
Screen candidates using behavioral interviewing techniques and assist in the onboarding process for new hires
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related discipline; Master's degree is a plus
5+ years of progressive professional experience in Human Resources or a related field
2+ years of experience in high-volume corporate talent acquisition
Experience using various sourcing and recruiting channels, including social media
Preferred experience in biotechnology, pharmaceutical, clinical research, or healthcare technology settings
