Tax Manager - Path to Partner (1-3 years)

We are a 40 person CPA firm who is Headquartered in Naperville, IL. We are a full service firm offering tax, audit, accounting, CFO, and other business consulting services. We are a generalist firm working with privately held businesses and their owners. We are a growing firm looking for its next generation of leaders. We offer 100% paid for benefits for our employees, 10% annual contribution to our retirement plan, annual bonuses, and once you are established at the firm we hand out referrals for Managers and higher to run their own book of business. You are compensated for the book managed (not what you bring in) on top of your annual base salary and bonuses. We also offer 3 weeks of starting PTO and you accrue more with OT, and most employees take 5-7 weeks off per year. We keep our busy season hours low ranging from about 50-60 hours per week in peak weeks, mainly in the spring. Extension season is not very busy for us.

What you Need

• 6+ Years in Public Accounting
• Active CPA or EA
• Expertise in Business and Individual Tax
• Privately Held Businesses
• HNWIs, Partnerships, s-corps, trust & estate, some c-corps
• Clients generating ($5 million - $200 million in annual revenue)
• Experience Training, Mentoring, and Supervising Multi-Person Teams

OT banks for additional PTO (most employees take between 5-7 weeks per year)
