Washington DC Licensed Financial Controller

A company is looking for a Financial Operations Controller.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and analyze operational costs across all business units and issue spending targets to Operations Managers

Oversee month-end close processes, including accruals and reconciliation of key balance sheet accounts

Develop cost forecasting models and collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate financial results

Required Qualifications

5-7+ years of experience in accounting and financial control, preferably in the foodservice or hospitality industries

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics is required

Proven expertise in cost control, forecasting, and accounts payable management

Knowledge of inventory and supply chain management in a foodservice context

Proficient in ERP systems and advanced Excel skills
