Job Description

Position : Physical Therapist (Contract)

Location : Westchester County, NY

About the Role

As a Physical Therapist at this prestigious healthcare facility, you'll play an essential role in evaluating and providing patient care, delivering impactful treatments to help our patients achieve their goals. You'll also participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and continue growing professionally through ongoing education and development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Implement treatment plans, adjusting as necessary based on patient progress.
  • Document treatments and maintain accurate billing information daily.
  • Actively participate in team and family meetings to support comprehensive care.
  • Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants as needed, ensuring quality care.

    • Qualifications

  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy.
  • Current NY State Physical Therapist license.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to meet physical requirements for patient assistance and care.
