Global Process Lead

A company is looking for a Global Process Lead - Kinaxis CoE.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the development and execution of post-deployment support strategies for demand planning workflows

Manage issue tracking and support coordination for system-related tickets, collaborating with IT and business teams

Facilitate requirement-gathering sessions to identify enhancement opportunities and support testing and deployment of new capabilities

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution

Minimum 7 years in Supply Chain Planning or Operations Management

Minimum 5 years of experience with advanced planning tools such as Kinaxis Maestro

Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship

Preferred : Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
