Key Responsibilities

Ensure the reliability, factual accuracy, and low latency of Rovo Chat at scale

Drive agent architecture, effective evaluations, and custom machine learning models

Improve the reliability and observability of machine learning systems

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience

5+ years of industry experience in the machine learning domain

Expertise in Python or Java and familiarity with SQL and cloud data environments (e.g., AWS, Databricks)

Experience building and scaling machine learning models in business applications

Agile development mindset with a focus on iterative improvement
