[job_card.job_description]? Rake, sweep, blow, and pressure wash walkways, driveways, patios, and entryways. ? Remove trash and debris from the grounds, parking areas, and common spaces. ? Maintain landscaping including but not limited to removing weeds, trimming hedges, and ? Perform general maintenance repairs such as painting, light plumbing, minor electrical ? Respond to and complete work orders as directed by management in a timely and ? Assist with unit turnovers and restoring units to move-in ready condition. ? Clean and prepare vacant units and common areas. ? Respond to emergency maintenance issues after hours as part of on-call rotation. ? Inspect work performed by outside contractors or vendors. ? Ensure all tasks are completed in compliance with safety regulations and company ? High School Diploma or GED required. Trade certificates or licensures are a plus. ? Minimum of 2 years of experience in a maintenance or handyman position. ? Must have experience working with power tools, hand tools, and equipment such as lawn ? Must have a valid driver's license, clean driving record, and ability to travel between ? Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining a clean, safe, and attractive ? Troubleshoot issues to determine necessary repairs and communicate what additional ? Clear communication and ability to report on maintenance needs or concerns. ? Ability to work independently and follow through with assigned tasks. ? Basic knowledge of building systems, including electrical, plumbing, and carpentry. ? Inspect work performed by contractors, vendors and other service providers. ? Perform routine upkeep on buildings, amenities, and grounds to maintain curb appeal. ? Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, digging, trimming, and minor repairs. ? Flexibility to assist with both maintenance and grounds-related duties as needed. ? Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry heavy objects weighing up to 50 pounds. ? Stamina and endurance for prolonged periods of physical labor, including walking, ? The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing repairs and maintenance for work
