Apoyar a los compradores durante todo el proceso, desde la firma del contrato hasta el cierre de la transacción. Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con los compradores para localizar y lograr la compra. Ayudar a los clientes a vender una casa de principio a fin. Colaborar con el personal de la oficina para garantizar un excelente servicio al cliente, a los compradores o compradores potenciales hasta que la transacción concluya con éxito. Organizar visitas, muestrar casas y participar en jornadas de "Open Houses" para potenciales compradores. Prospección de nuevos clientes y leads. Negociar contratos. Gestionar la facilitación de la documentación requerida para transacciones legales y asegurar un cierre fluido. Ayudar a los clientes con el proceso de compra de una vivienda, incluido el presupuesto y las opciones con un prestamista hipotecario. Comunicarse con clientes potenciales precalificados para evaluar sus intereses y determinar sus deseos y necesidades para la compra de una vivienda.
