Payment Posting Specialist

A company is looking for a Payment Posting Specialist to join their remote team.

Key Responsibilities

Research payment posting issues and ensure timely and accurate application of payments to patient accounts

Communicate effectively with banks, clients, attorneys, and insurance carriers to resolve posting issues

Manage multiple projects while working within deadlines in a high-volume environment

Required Qualifications

Understanding of Explanation of Benefits (EOBs)

Knowledge of payment processes from insurance carriers, patients, and HSAs

High School Diploma or equivalent required

Medical billing office and payment posting knowledge is preferred

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat products
