Data Entry

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Remote Data Entry Clerk to join our team. This individual will be responsible for entering and updating data into our systems ensuring accuracy and managing large volumes of information. This is a remote role and the ideal candidate will be able to work independently and effectively from home while maintaining high productivity standards.

Responsibilities :

• Accurately input data into spreadsheets databases or other systems.
• Review data for accuracy and completeness making corrections as needed.
• Maintain up-to-date records and files ensuring that data is organized and easily accessible.
• Process and manage incoming data from various sources (e.g. emails forms databases).
• Perform data verification and identify discrepancies.
• Generate reports based on data input when necessary.
• Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Assist in ad-hoc data management tasks as needed.
