BookkeeperAccounting Associate

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience using QuickBooks and a solid understanding of accounts receivable accounts payable and invoicing.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting tasks using QuickBooks Desktop.
• Process and record accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
• Prepare and send invoices ; track and follow up on payments.
• Reconcile bank and credit card accounts monthly.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures.
• Communicate with vendors and clients regarding billing or payment inquirie s
