Activations Coordinator - Tradeshow

In-Office : Based full-time at CELSIUS Headquarters in Boca Raton FL

Position Overview

As an Activations Coordinator you will be a valuable member of the Marketing team. You will be assisting with event planning preparation implementation and reporting while ensuring critical milestones are delivered. The role will report to the Sr. Manager Tradeshow Marketing on the planning and execution of all responsibilities.

Requirements

• 3 years of marketing or event experience in a fast-paced environment a plus.
• Effective writing / editing skills
• Traveling required. Nights and weekend hours required as needed.
• Well organized detail oriented with a strong ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word Excel PowerPoint and Adobe.
• Effective verbal / written communication organization and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible and able to work well independently and as part of a team.

The base pay range for this position is for a successful candidate within the state listed. The successful candidates actual pay will be based on multiple factors such as work location job-related knowledge skills qualifications and experience. Celsius is a total rewards company. This position may be eligible for other compensation including bonuses and Restricted Stock Units (subject to company plans).
