Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and energetic Daycare Teacher to join our team! You will be responsible for encouraging childrens intellectual, psychological, and physical growth. Responsibilities

• Plan games and activities that are developmentally appropriate
• Design a daily and weekly schedule
• Provide basic care and caregiving activities
• Evaluate children to ensure they are reaching developmental milestones
• Communicate with parents and update them on their childrens activities

Qualifications

• Must have bachelor's degree in early childhood education or enrolled in a Master's study plan
• Previous experience as a daycare teacher or childcare provider
• Strong understanding of child development
• Patient, kind, and nurturing
• Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills
• First aid/CPR certified

Preferred Certifications (a plus, but not required):

• NYC Food Protection Certificate especially helpful if supervising food handling or snack prep
• FDNY Certificates of Fitness (F-07 and S-95)
• Bi-llingual
