At Meade Engineering, we design and deliver the backbone of the digital world-from hyperscale data centers to high-performance infrastructure. We're seeking a Vice President of Electrical Engineering to lead our team and shape the future of mission-critical design.

This role isn't about oversight-it's about ownership. You'll set the technical standard, develop engineering leaders, and drive delivery with clarity and confidence. If you're a strategic thinker who rolls up your sleeves, a builder of systems and people, and a calm force in high-pressure environments, we want to meet you.

What You'll Do

  • Set technical direction and lead a high-performing team
  • Ensure design quality that's code-compliant, constructible, and future-ready
  • Mentor engineering leaders and cultivate a high-accountability culture
  • Partner with PMs and clients to deliver on time and with precision
  • Drive innovation across workflows, tools, and sustainable design practices

What You Bring

  • 15+ years in MEP related engineering AND 8+ in technical leadership required
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license required
  • Strong command of complex systems, design standards, and tools like Revit
  • A track record of growing teams and delivering at scale
  • Bonus : commissioning, sustainability, or digital ops experience
