Coinbase is looking for a creative and analytical Manager for our Technology Risk function. You will serve as a member of the Coinbase Technology Risk & Controls team and support the implementation and maturity of our technology and security risk management program.

Your role will involve :

• Enabling risk informed business outcomes
• Managing risks throughout the risk lifecycle
• Maintaining source of truth risk register
• Iterating on program elements
• Reporting on risk posture
• Communications and training
• Building, growing, and coaching a team of technology and security risk analysts
• Enterprise risk alignment
• Global engagement
• Supporting audit and regulatory inspections
• Maintaining an industry pulse

Pay Range : $193,970$228,200 USD
