Summary of the Opportunity

Client Overview: We are hiring for a large gaming studio, focusing on partnerships and licensing.

Role Summary: As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for managing partners, negotiating contracts, and handling the triage and management processes to ensure successful partnerships and licensing for the gaming studio.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Maintain vendor relationships and act as a business analyst for non-IT projects.
• Maintain project management processes, including project goals, deadlines, metrics, and budget.
• Review contracts, cost proposals, and contract supplements.
• Set up project and work breakdown structures.
• Establish and document business processes.
• Track project budgets and expenditures, monitor transaction controls and costs against budgets.
• Predict potential budget overruns and offer solutions.

Experience We Are Looking For to Drive Success

MUST-Have Skills and Qualifications:

• 8-10 years of experience in the field.
• Strong negotiation skills and experience with contract drafting and redlining.
• Ability to prioritize and manage tasks effectively.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of game industry business development experience.
• Strong attention to detail.
