We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Crane Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating cranes with lifting capacities up to 100 tons, ensuring the safe and efficient movement of materials on our construction or industrial sites. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where safety, precision, and teamwork are highly valued.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Operate cranes with lifting capacities up to 100 tons in accordance with safety standards and operational procedures.
  • Conduct pre-operation inspections of cranes and related equipment to ensure proper functioning.
  • Coordinate with site supervisors and team members to plan and execute lifting operations.
  • Monitor weather conditions and site hazards to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Maintain accurate records of crane operations, inspections, and maintenance activities.
  • Follow all safety protocols and report any issues or concerns promptly.
  • Assist with setup and dismantling of crane equipment as needed.

Requirements :

  • Proven experience operating cranes with capacities up to 100 tons.
  • Valid crane operator certification / license.
  • Strong understanding of crane safety procedures and regulations.
  • Ability to read and interpret load charts, schematics, and operational instructions.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
  • Physical ability to perform inspections and operate equipment in various weather conditions.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to safety.
