Summary :

Join our team as CNC Programmer this person will be part of a team that utilizes multiple software platforms to generate CNC programs used in the manufacture of sheet metal parts. This role will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams within Engineering Production Purchasing and Business Technology.

Responsibilities :

  • Generate CNC programs for various metal forming equipment.
  • Manage ERP system data.
  • Collaborate to resolve machine or assembly issues.
  • Ensure production schedules are met.
  • Verify and adjust programs as needed.
  • Ensure accurate and timely information for customers.
  • Identify and participate in continuous improvement efforts.

    • Qualifications :

  • Strong technical decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to interpret part fold drawings.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Suite.
  • Preferred : CNC programming software and machine operation experience.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Effective communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Experience with CAD / CAM software is a plus.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes and materials is a plus.
  • Experience with Oseon Boost TruTops & TruTop Boost software

    • Safety / Physical Requirements :

  • Presence : Must be onsite for at least 40 hours per week.
  • Physical Onsite Activity : Able to access manufacturing areas lift / move parts weighing up to 50 lbs. and stand for 6-8 hours per day.
  • Background Check : Must pass background check and drug test.
