The Recreation Program Manager is responsible for supervising and expanding the Out of Home Respite Programs to ensure the program meets the philosophical and educational standards of the corporation. This role is part-time, tasked with planning, adapting, and scheduling activities, as well as developing social and recreational programs for children, teens, and adults with developmental and learning disabilities, and changing the way the world sees them, allowing for inclusion within the community.
