Seeking a Dispatch Coordinator for a transportation company with a large distribution / warehouse.

Schedule - Monday - Friday from 8 : 00am - 5 : 30pm - Contract to Hire Opportunity

Responsibilities :

  • Coordinates driver activity, scheduling, and monitoring loads to ensure on time delivery
  • Manages shipping / receiving paperwork, updating driver logs, and maintaining records
  • Utilizes systems for inventory and routing
  • Acts as a liaison between drivers, customers, and internal management

Requirements :

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1-2 years of general clerical, customer service, or logistics experience
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel specifically)
  • Ability to work in a high stress, fast-paced environment
