A company is looking for an Employee Services Coordinator to manage tuition reimbursement applications remotely.
Key Responsibilities :
Audit and process tuition reimbursement applications for corporate clients
Ensure compliance with tuition policies and apply appropriate discounts to invoices
Assist clients through live chat, online help tickets, and phone calls
Required Qualifications :
Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience
Must be available to work during standard business hours, with flexibility during peak seasons
Experience in a remote role is preferred
High level of computer proficiency is essential
Auditing experience and a BS / BA degree are preferred qualifications
